    I really love your papers and other products. The one problem I'm having is I can download but cannot open them with the program you are using. What program is that? I know that I can right click on them, but would much rather be able to download. Thanks for the information. debbieeiken@yahoo.com

    Its a rar program which is used to compress the files to make the file size smaller. :) You can open it using WinZip or Peazip software which comes normally installed in most computers. If you already have it installed, you can right-click the downloaded file and "extract all the files" to have the jpg papers.
