RAMADAN SPECIALS // FREE PRINTABLE DUAA CARDS

I know we all have plenty of reminders in this precious month everywhere to be more mindful and grateful of everything we've got so I've quickly created a pretty printable duaa card for my Muslim sisters to glance at everyday and memorize this super-beneficial duaa. This particular duaa card has the Syed-Ul-Istighfaar and its transliteration on the front side and the English translation on the back. Reading through the English translation makes this so much easier to memorize.

For those unfamiliar with this duaa, the Syed ul Istighfaar is the best supplication for seeking forgiveness. And just because we are always helping each other out here, the design of the card makes sure that others will adooooooore receiving it as a small thoughtful gift too!
Craft A Doodle Doo // Ramadan Specials free printable dua card #free #printable #ramadan #floral

How to: Paste the front print onto one side of cardstock and the back onto the other side. When gifting to someone, hand it over in a colorful envelope. I have lots of envelope prints available in my freebie gallery if you need some help in that department!

I would love it if you share this printable on social media as well but don't forget to link back/redirect to my site or give credit. Thank you. :)

Bonus tip: You can also keep this as your phone's screen saver to keep reviewing it. :)

THE FREEBIE JUBILEE // 6 NEW SUMMER PRINTS (SHADOWS OF SUMMER COLLECTION)

It's been the longest time since I've written and it came with this huge  realization that while I absolutely adore blogging and everything so rewarding about it, being in an Architecture major had ultimately taken toll on me, all the more now since I've gone into Senior year. On a happier note, my big break off blogging to focus on college turned celebratory in the end when I found myself gaping at a 4.0 GPA. (At our college, the highest GPA you can get is 4, not 5).
So that was a summarized explanation for what kept me from blogging luscious freebies and DIYs here. Now that vacay started, I'm back to business. Summer is in full swing here (we're hitting 45 degrees Celcius on average) and nothing spells summer and chillin' like lots of bright colors, cheery florals, fruity prints and popsicles!S

Amazing Floral Overlays For Bloggers/Designers #free #design #floral

For non-bloggers/designers:

1. Open up any editing software (MS Word for example.)
(Steps for Ms Word:
On the blank page, simply go to Page Layout options, and choose page colors. The drop down list also shows other options like Fill Effects. Browse for any pattern, gradient or background you wish and apply it on the document. Go to 'insert image' and browse for the overlay element you want and it will appear on your background.)

2.Browse the image overlay from the above that you'd like to use and apply it on the document. (Or just copy-paste)

3.Use the text option in your software to customize the plain design as per need.

*I'm sorry but I have no idea why this doesn't work on Paint. I've tried other softwares and it works fine. :D

Alternatively, print them straight away to minus the hassle and use some gorgeous calligraphy or brilliant handwriting if you have the skills and I'm promise  it'll look stellar!

You can also stroll through the rest of my freebies here

Free Gift! - If you happen to be one of those VIP individuals in my subscription list, I'll have a related printable gift waiting for you in your inbox by the end of this week. If you haven't yet subscribed, don't miss out!

Lots of hugs,
Nash

......................

FAQ:
Q. I've downloaded the files but can't seem to find the software to open them.
A. I've used WinRar which is a compressing software to reduce the file size for quick upload and download. WinRar/Winzip is normally installed in most computers, you just need to right click the downloaded file and extract the overlays.
If you don't have the software already installed, just download Winzip or Peazip & install.

If you're still having problems, just email me at miraclespyer19(at)gmail(dot)com and Ill send over the files to you! :)

The Freebie Jubilee//DIY Secret Envelopes!

Warm hullo there! I'm posting up a quick idea for you folks here because bigger DIYs are churning up in the background which I'll be posting soon!
These itty bitty envelopes are perfect for housing lil rings, pendants or studs as gifts (or even some yum candy!)
The best part is they have secret, totally heartwarming (yes, that's not even a word, no judging this once please!) messages inside!
The set includes two printable envelope templates which you can print out (dimensions according to your preference). I've made the resolution good enough that even templates printed onto a complete A4 sized sheet should come out fine. :)
The set also includes tiny lil labels that you can either print out on an adhesive label sheet or print out on regular sheets and paste onto the sides of the envelopes. ^_^
The first secret message inside says "You just..awesomed...all over my heart" which you can tuck in the velvety red floral envelope..
and the second one says "You turn..plain into...poetry." which coordinates with the glittery gold gingham envelope!
......
You can download the set here and give your special someone a dainty, sweet surprise!
......
A quick tip: Get a circle punch and make fake confetti by punching through colored paper and fill in the envelopes for bonus quirk! Load 'em up with gummy bears and m n m's for some added fun!
To wrap up, secure a pretty coordinating ribbon around the envelope packages :)
These are the extended version of my Charm Bash free printable papers collection, so if you wanna grab that, go here!
For other pretty DIYs. hop over to the DIY gallery for tons more inspiration or for more gorgeous printables check out my freebie section!

You can also follow me on Pinterest and Facebook to get updated regularly and do pin this if you happen to like it!

Have a super week ahead,
Till next time, Nash =)

The Freebie Jubilee//Free Printable Earthy-toned gorgeousness!

Because it's been raining cats and dogs over here in India, and the wi-fi effortlessly gets cranky, I've been waiting about a week to actually do this post for you guys.
On one hand, I'm smitten by the glorious weather with chilly winds and monsoon blooms, I've been dying to launch my newest collection which turned next to impossible with the electricity cutting down at the most random times!

Annyyywayyy, all that climate inspired such a drool-worthy earthy-hued collection. This collection is going to be nostalgic to me later on because it was born out of the rosy buds that sprung this season by our Villa's courtyard and the chocolatey tones of the rain-sodden soil, add to that the lush green of the leaves springing everywhere!

So cheer up a loved one with some uber-sweet giftwrap or scrapbook your fav memories on these sheets. If not that, use it to hip up any of your other creations!
And lastly, if you find the papers too printer-heavy, then download the co-ordinating labels to dress up your gifts and accessories!

Happy creating!

Download and Print the complete set here!>>

I would have loved to put up a snapshot of the my courtyard over here, but I guess I'll keep that for the next post!

What are you gonna use these papers for? Do share!
Thanks for dropping by & don't forget to pin if you heart this!
(Psst, tune into my other freebies here!)

Inspiration Nation // All about Gorgeous GiftWrapping and Pretty Storage!

Hola!
I'm so excited to start this new series called Inspiration Nation! I figured I needed a space where I could share DIY's which weren't exactly DIY's...erm, more like a vast colorful ocean of DIY tips and techniques, and also a whole lotta on trend how-tos. This first post will be all about glitzing and glamming up discarded cardboard and bringing it to new life *and* using the same technique to whip up some crazy fun and pretty storage for your lil n' loved collections!

For starters. let's begin with this cute n' chic way to dress up your gifts! You'll need anything cute you can find for this, don't just stick to ribbons, add cute vintagey or bright colorful buttons to your stash, maybe tiny doilies if those are available (I dunno about tiny doilies, I made mine in Photoshop!), even sparkle and glitter, and don't forget the renowned one solution to all: washi tape!
Let's start this eenie meenie adventure shall we?

Here are a few of the supplies I used, striped Washi Tape, a collection of assorted ribbons in Gold, green and white, ruler to map the edges, little color coordinated doilies with your giftwrap, sharpies, Gold and Silver Markers, wet and stick glue!

All I did was recycle junk cardboard (using Granola Bar Boxes, Cereal Boxes etc!) and cut it according to my template. Before you cut out the cardboard onto the template, paste your giftwrap on the other side and cut out the template. Now fold along the creases and keep the fold in position with some tacky glue.

Now to jazz up the lids, cut out a lil washi tape to fit length-wise on one side of the lid!

If you boxes are bigger than mine, you can write the initial of the person you're gifting it to in the doily's center and loop it using a ribbon to the box or stick it on with a lil bit of extra Washi!
I think it would be a fab idea to use a tower of these boxes in threes or fours to gift to each person of a small family! It would look so cute with the letters monogrammed on the doilies!
You can download these same giftwrap papers from my free Garden Mists collection!

I used different sized boxes to house earrings, tops(studs),necklaces and bracelets!

You can use the ribbons as is with a bow or make some ribbon roses as toppers. If you're not sure how to go about that watch this very easy video tut here.
Or loop multi colored beads and gems into a ribbon or some yarn and wind it through cute tags or labels! (also in my Garden Mists collection for free!)

Other ways to freshen up your gifts:
  • Using newspapers! They bring an antique feel to your gifts.Don't worry that they'd look cheap, just add a that much needed color burst with some scrap fabric ribbons/bows/flowers/toppers!Also, I've seen tuts on the web teaching you how to make flowers outta discarded book pages! Ta-da! Perfect match!
  • Using satin/velvet scrap fabric and sewing them into lil pouches makes such a dazzling cute gift for small accessories! Tie them round with gold/silver ribbon! Metallics go amazing with velvet and satin.
  • Using colorful magazine pages to make fun envelopes for gifting coupons is also a net idea!
  • When you are short of time, use plain cardboard boxes or discarded boxes of other items and do a quick  coat with metallic/glitter spray paint! This makes sure you have enough time left to choose your gift/DIYing without fussing over wrapping/packaging it and still making it look lovely!
  • At most times, all you need is a pretty oversized gift tag to zap some new life onto plain single color wraps!
  • If you have scrap lace available at hand, it makes for a super addition to any plain jane cardboard boxes making it go from blah to shabby chic!
  • There's no need to stick to just one bow, gather multiple bows in an ombre style to wound round your box!
  • It's always interesting to bring a change to the norm so there's no need to stick to regular boxes, star shaped or any unique shaped ones also add a cute touch!
  • To create a beautiful vintage feel, combine lace, net and snip off a rose/flower from atificial stemmed flowers and glue it on to the lid!
  • Masking tape comes to rescue in so many situations! Place a little masking tape at random angles on your box and spray paint in one or a million hues, remove the tape and voila! Instant update!
  • To give your gifts an extra kick, print out one of the memorable pictures you had from spending time with that person and and paste it on the inside/backside of your gift tag or even on toppa the lid! (Instagram pics look fantastic!)
  • If you have any not-in-use-anymore ear rings or lost one from a pair you had, secure it to a plain gift tag to up the oomph a notch higher!
For more cheap and chic tips feel free to contact me!
All that was about  the art of giftwrapping, now let's see an infographic on the science behind it!

I hope this first post in this serious kickstarted some inspiration! Do let me know in the comments!

To download the doily patterns I used click 1,2,3
To download the gift box template I used, click here!

Credit for some elements used in the infographic were freebies from this wonderful Facebook Page!
